Are you looking for something new to read? Perhaps you want to know what other people are reading and why?

We have numerous book clubs around Estes Park who are reading some interesting books. This month we would like to feature the club with members from Rock Cut Brewery. Their club is reading Gravity’s Rainbow by Thomas Pynchon.

It is a classic book, first released in 1973, and the winner of the National Book Award. Gravity’s Rainbow is considered a postmodern epic with a story line similar to Ulysses by James Joyce.

Pynchon’s book contains it all with characters you might love or hate by the end, but who will give you a new way of looking at the twentieth century.

Our book shop does not currently host any book clubs and we do not have contact information for clubs that may be looking for new members. Please continue to follow our blogs for reading suggestions and to see what local book clubs are choosing to read. Thank You.
